What’s changing with v5?

• Envelope commissioning is now baseline
• Data (EIS + FDD) is expected to inform decisions
• Carbon targets are embedded in the OPR
• Performance must be measurable—not just modeled

The real change: Commissioning now underpins energy, carbon, data, IAQ, and envelope performance across the scorecard. Jeff will be sharing updates as LEED v5 becomes the primary rating system and LEED v4 phases out in June 2026.
