EEI teams are proficient in EnergyPlus, eQUEST, Trane TRACE, and IES Virtual Environment. All models comply with ASHRAE Standard 90.1 Appendix G methodology, IECC performance paths, and LEED v4/v4.1 energy credit documentation requirements.
Integration with Commissioning & Analytics
On select projects, EEI pairs energy modeling with BalanceCx analytics to validate sequences and performance during commissioning and early operation, supporting LEED Enhanced Commissioning (Option 1, Path 2) and emerging LEED v5 workflows. Our teams are actively pilot-testing LEED v5 tools and integrating monitoring-based commissioning to
strengthen credit pursuit.
