EEI received confirmation that the Titanium Drive project achieved LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell certification in December 2025, reflecting our active certification pipeline and current LEED v4/v4.1 expertise. Our teams are also pilot-testing LEED v5 workflows and integrating monitoring-based commissioning analytics to strengthen credit pursuit for future projects.
