DENVER – Jan. 7, 2026 – EEI, a national leader in facility systems consulting, announced today Whitney Generose has been named the firm’s Human Resources Director and will be based in the Denver office. She is an innovative, people-centered executive who has more than a decade of experience. Generose has led award-winning culture initiatives and built scalable systems that strengthen engagement and leadership capability.

Prior to joining EEI, Generose served as Vice President of People Services for NEI Electric Power Engineering, Inc. where she partnered with the CEO and executive team to modernize HR systems, support rapid multi-state expansion and sustain a highly engaged, values-driven workforce. Generose’s leadership contributed to five consecutive Top Workplaces honors, including national and remote-workplace recognition. She has also served as the HR Director for The Allen Company and Bent Tree.
Generose earned her bachelor’s degree at California State University, Bakersfield. She holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management, recognizing her strategic expertise and leadership in the HR field.
