Boyd Gaming Corporation, one of the largest casino entertainment companies in the United States, recently completed a significant renovation and expansion of the Fremont Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, NV. The property now features a large gaming floor, multiple meeting spaces, seven restaurants, and 447 hotel rooms, following a $50 million investment in renovations and expansions.

EEI successfully provided Boyd Gaming with 3rd Party Cx services for the Central Plant retrofit at the Fremont Casino & Resort. This included the functional testing and commissioning of various systems, such as 11 Dual Duct MZ’s, 6 AHU’s, 16 EF’s, 83 VAV’s, Central Plant Systems, metering, and monitoring points. EEI also reviewed and verified the scope of work, controls submittals, graphic templates, and training curriculum.
